Craignish Hall

Craignish Hall is a heritage listed waterfront apartment building nestled on the western shore of Lavender Bay. It was completed in 1930 during the construction of the Sydney Harbour Bridge (completed 1932).  There are 16 apartments over three levels to the west and five levels to the east.  Craignish Hall recently underwent an extensive renovation.  The works included the replacement of all windows and the addition of new Juliet balconies, roof, entry pathway and upgraded services installation. The masonry facade of the building was also freshly painted.
